Terms of use

Ulfah is a private relationship-support app. It is not therapy, legal advice, pastoral care, a fatwa, or a substitute for local emergency services.

Subscriptions

Ulfah Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, sold in two lengths: 1 month for US$9.99 or 1 year for US$49.99. Prices are in US dollars; your local price and currency are shown by the App Store before you confirm, and are the amounts that actually apply.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same length at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before each period ends.

Manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period runs to its end. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

One active subscription unlocks Pro for BOTH partners in a paired couple — you never need to buy it twice. Pairing itself is free, and prayer, du'a and devotional content is never behind the subscription. Pro unlocks the additional question decks and the shared Memory Book features.

If a free trial or introductory offer is offered on your account, the App Store shows its exact length and the price that follows it before you confirm; unused trial time is forfeited if you subscribe early. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Acceptable Use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive conduct. Do not use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse another person.

Report and Block are separate in-app safety tools. Safety reports are reviewed with a 24 hour action target, and abusive users or content may be restricted or removed.
